In short, the Spring Plumbing Safety Inspection is a visual and functional assessment only of accessible plumbing components within the home, which may include: fixtures, faucests and visible piping; water heater (external inspection only unless otherwise specified), hose bibs and accessible outdoor plumbing, drain flow testing (non-invasive). This inspection does not include invasive procedures, disassembly or specialized diagnostic testing unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will not open walls, ceilings, or floors, remove fixtures or piping, nor perform camera inspections or pressure testing. Any such services are considered additional work and will be quoted separately. Due to the limited and non-invasive nature of this inspection, hidden, latent, or future plumbing issues may not be identified. The inspection does not guarantee that the plumbing system is free from defects and the contractor is not liable for undiscovered issues that are not reasonably visible or accessible at the time of inspection.
